Our 6th Grade Band students will take the spotlight this morning for their spring concert, and we can’t wait to hear all the hard work they’ve put in this year. From first notes to full songs, these students have grown so much as musicians.
We are proud of their dedication and excited to celebrate their performance today. ❤️🎺🥁🎷

The Pride of Clinton wrapped up an unforgettable trip, and this moment in Times Square says it all. Bright lights, big city, and a group of students who represented Clinton with class every step of the way.
Trips like this are about more than the miles traveled. They are about the memories made, the experiences shared, and the pride that comes with wearing C-Town wherever you go. 💛

Our teachers and staff enjoyed a popcorn bar yesterday as a small thank-you for the big impact they make every single day. From extra butter to sweet toppings, it was all about celebrating a staff that truly deserves it all.
CHS is better because of you. Thanks for everything you pour into our students, today and every day. 💛

Today, our Mr. Ray and Mr. Wheeler traded in their usual roles for aprons and spatulas, serving up a well-earned meal for the incredible CMS teachers and staff. From the first bell to the last, our teachers pour everything they have into their students… so today was all about giving a little bit back. 🍔🌭
There may have been a few questionable cooking techniques and some strong opinions on seasoning… but one thing is certain, the appreciation was served hot and with plenty of gratitude. 💛

Clinton High School students are taking steps toward their future! 👣
Quinn Elkshoulder, NYCP Program Coordinator, and Jamie Rishel, NYCP College Support Advisor, recently stopped by CHS to connect with students. It was a great time of conversation, encouragement, and looking ahead to what’s next.
Students who participated in the visit included summer interns Arianna Spottedwolf, Aracelie Chavez, and Marley Gamboa.
NYCP is offering 20 students the opportunity to intern at the Summer Bridges Camp. These students will gain hands-on classroom experience by working alongside teachers and supporting literacy instruction, a valuable step for anyone interested in education or leadership.
Opportunities like this help our students grow, lead, and build confidence for the future. 💛🌪️

This 5th-grade class is making a little history for Clinton Track, becoming the first group to compete in FOUR home meets on their own turf in a single spring semester!
Let’s take a look:
April 1 – 5th/6th Grade Meet
April 18 – Junior High Meet (and they stepped up to compete!)
April 23 – Western Conference Meet (with many qualifying!)
May 6 – Southwest Elementary Meet
That’s four chances to run, jump, throw, and grow right here at home. Not many schools in Oklahoma can say that.
This group isn’t just participating, they’re building something. The future of Clinton Track is looking fast, strong, and ready. 👊💥
This program is on the rise. 🌪️

Our CHS principals were surprised with gift baskets as a small token of appreciation for the big impact they make. From early mornings to late nights, they show up for students, support staff, and lead with purpose in everything they do. 👏
Thank you for your leadership, your commitment, and the way you pour into Clinton High School day in and day out. We appreciate you more than words can say. 💛🌪️

Each day brought something new to remind our principal just how much she is valued:
Monday, we tipped our caps with “Hats Off to Our Principal.” 🧢👒🎩
Tuesday, we recognized that we are led by a true standout with “Our Principal is a First-Class Leader.” ✈️
Wednesday was one to remember. “On Wednesdays We Wear Pink” turned the building bright, and our staff brought flowers to create a beautiful vase, each one representing the impact she makes every single day. 🩷🌸🌺
Thursday, we kept it simple and true. “Our Principal is Amazing.” 👏
At Southwest Elementary, it’s clear. Leadership like this doesn’t just keep a school running; it helps it thrive. 💐🌪️

On April 23, Brittain Mosburg and Allan Beauchamp were recognized at the American Chemical Society Oklahoma Section Meeting for their performance on the U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad state exam. These two standout students are officially ranked among the top 5 chemistry students in the entire state of Oklahoma! 🧪
Earlier this spring, all CHS chemistry students competed in the local Olympiad exam, where Brittain and Allan earned the top two scores. They advanced to the state competition at Oklahoma State University on April 17, tackling two written exams and a challenging lab practical.
They were presented with certificates by Dr. Lloyd Bumm, Awards Chair for the Oklahoma Section of ACS, and even had the opportunity to meet keynote speaker Sharina Perry, founder and inventor of Utopia Plastix.
We are still awaiting final results, but being named in the top 5 is already an outstanding accomplishment. Congratulations to Brittain and Allan for representing Clinton High School at such a high level. 👊💥
It's a great day to be a Red Tornado! 🌪️

Students in Mrs. Richert’s class brought lessons to life with a hands-on lemonade activity, practicing sequence and chronological order step by step. From start to finish, they worked through each part of the process, building strong thinking skills along the way. 💛
Learning is even better when it’s this refreshing!
