After working my way up to assistant Vice President at a local bank in Lawton, I realized that was not my life passion. With a wife and two small children I worked full time at the bank and picked up my education degree at Cameron University in 1988. My first coaching and teaching job was at Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Oklahoma. It didn't take long to realize that is what I was meant to do for my life's work. I was assistant high school football and basketball coach for six years at Eisenhower before moving to Clinton in 1994 to be closer to the family farm. I'm beginning my 24th year at Clinton Middle School where I teach a Computer class and coach football and girls golf.
I met the love of my life, Terry, at Cameron University where she played basketball and I played football. It took about five minutes for both of us to know this was the real deal (took her a little longer) and we were married May 23, 1981. We have three beautiful daughters and their familiys I'm also proud to say I'm (BIG DADDY) to four grandchildern, Eli, Evyn, Emmy and Willow. My oldest daughterLindsey, attended UCO in Edmond and has an accounting degree. She now is a beautician in Edmond and loves it. my middle daughter Lauren, has a business degree from Oklahoma Christian University and is employed part time by Oklahoma Christian and full time stay at home mom. Her Husband Zack, is also a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and is employed with Kimray in Oklahoma City. Our youngest daughter, Logan, also a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University is one of the youth ministers at Memorial Road Church of Christ in Edmond. Her husband is Kendall and is office manager at a local law firm in Edmond.
We live on the family farm near Cordell where I raise wheat and cattle carrying on the tradition my grandparents began in the early 1900's. I have been passionate about OU football my entire life and have been a season ticket holder for many years.
I am more than happy to discuss your child's education with you. Please feel free to e-mail or call with concerns you may have.
